A battery manufacturer on why "one size fits all" is the wrong approach
In ten years of making batteries, the phrase we hear most often is: "Just give me a 100Ah LiFePO4 battery."
Few people follow up with the details that actually matter: What vehicle will it go in? What cabinet will it live in? What temperature range will it see? How many years does it need to last?
Those questions sound trivial, but they determine whether a battery lasts a decade or swells up and gets returned within three months.
Standard products are like off-the-rack clothing — S, M, L, one size fits most. But anyone running a real business still goes to a tailor to get the fit right. Batteries are the same. A 0.5V difference in voltage, a different BMS algorithm, or two millimetres off the enclosure dimensions — and the whole system's lifespan and safety performance change completely.
That is why we have spent ten years doing OEM/ODM. A battery is never a standardized product. It is an energy solution built around your specific scenario.
This is the request we receive most often.
Customers around the world — especially in RV, marine, and golf cart applications — are tired of lead-acid batteries. They're heavy, charge slowly, and wear out in two years. But they don't dare switch to lithium blindly, because the dimensions don't match, the terminals don't line up, and the charging profiles are different. Switching without the right part creates more problems than it solves.
Our approach is simple: we replicate the exact dimensions and terminal layout of your original lead-acid battery. You pull out the old one, drop ours in, and no wiring changes are needed. 12V, 24V, and 48V are available, from 10Ah to 300Ah. 6,000+ cycle life — built to last a decade.
We are not asking you to redesign your equipment. We are giving it a painless upgrade path.
The one thing no electric bike or scooter owner wants is a battery that feels sluggish.
Customers need strong starts, confident hill climbing, and fast charging — two hours to full. That requires cells that can handle 2C continuous discharge, a BMS that monitors every series voltage, and IP65+ waterproofing, because our customers ride in rain, dust, and construction sites.
Our drive batteries cover 48V, 60V, and 72V, from 20Ah to 300Ah. The BMS algorithm is tuned in-house, not a generic off-the-shelf design with a new shell.
This has been the fastest-growing market in the last two years.
European homes want slim wall-mounted units that look good and save space. Southeast Asian villas want high-capacity stacked systems that last two days through an outage. African customers want something more direct — charge solar during the day, power lights and air conditioning at night.
Our home storage systems start at 5kWh and stack up to 30kWh, compatible with mainstream solar inverters. A mobile app lets you monitor generation, stored energy, and consumption in real time. In regions with large peak/off-peak price gaps, customers earn back the battery cost within one to two years.
Camping, outdoor live streaming, field work, in-car power — what these users need is not "a battery" but a power station you can carry.
500W to 2,000W models with AC, DC, USB, and Type-C outputs. Charge from wall power, car charger, or solar. Built-in UPS switches over in under 10 milliseconds, so laptops and cameras never cut out. The lightest model weighs 5kg; the heaviest 22kg, depending on capacity.
This is where the deals get large, and also where customization matters most.
Factories need peak shaving — run on battery during expensive peak hours, recharge during cheap off-peak hours. The savings in one year can pay for two systems. Malls and data centres need backup power that switches over in zero seconds. Charging stations need storage cabinets that let you add chargers without upgrading grid capacity.
Our C&I systems are modular and stackable, from 50kWh up to MWh scale. Grid-tied and off-grid dual mode: sell to the grid when power is normal, switch to island mode automatically when the grid fails. Remote monitoring means you can check a battery cabinet temperature in an African warehouse from your office in Guangdong.
Delivery riders, shared e-bikes, same-city fleets — downtime means lost money.
30-second swap, ride out fully charged. Our swap cabinets range from 8 slots to 100 slots, with the backend system, rider app, and payment gateway included. You just install the cabinets. We handle the rest.
Many customers start off thinking customization is a hassle and want off-the-shelf stock instead.
But after talking it through, the pattern is always the same. They buy a standard unit, only to find the dimensions are two centimetres off and it won't fit. The voltage is right, but the discharge rate is too low. The appearance looks fine, but the BMS protocol doesn't talk to their inverter. Eventually they have to come back and get it customised anyway — wasting time and money.
Our process is straightforward:
Tell us three things clearly — what scenario it will run in, what voltage and capacity you need, and what your budget looks like. We handle the rest. Cell selection, BMS configuration, enclosure dimensions, communication protocol, appearance and branding — all tailored to your requirements. We send you a solution and a quote as fast as possible.
On certifications, you can relax. CE, UN38.3, MSDS, and ISO 9001 are already in place. Whatever certifications your target market requires, we will support you.
We are a factory based in Guangdong, China. In ten years, we have shipped products to dozens of countries worldwide.
If you have a specific project, send us your requirements and we will put together a solution. There is no obligation. At the very least, you will leave knowing exactly what kind of battery your scenario actually needs.
Reach out on WhatsApp or email. We will respond as fast as possible.
Tell us your voltage, capacity, size and application. We will get back to you with a professional quote and technical spec as soon as possible.
